We are an exciting group of young people who love to sing, dance, be silly, be dramatic, wear costumes, and thrive. In Youth Music and Theater at RBCPC, everyone is part of the family, sharing their gifts to glorify God!

Youth Music & Theater (Preschool - 12th Grade)
Here we do more than just teach music and theater, we help build self-confidence, boost self-esteem, and teach that we are here to be more than performers. We are here to shine so others can see Him through us. "In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." Matthew 5:16. Come join the fun, God has saved a space just for YOU!
Wednesdays, 5:15-6:15 PM, Youth Choir Room
The Youth Choir is a dynamic and crazy group of middle school and high school students using their musical gifts for the glory of God. We lead worship in services twice a month. In addition to singing we also go on a retreat in the fall, have movie nights, fro-yo parties, fellowship together and have way too much fun. Open to any - no audition or previous experience is necessary.
Sundays, 11:15 AM – 12:30 PM, Youth Choir Room
The Youth Ensemble is an auditioned group within the Youth Choir. This group provides leadership within the choir, and leads in worship once a month. They also dedicate extra time to rehearsals each week.
Wednesdays during the school year, 3:45-5:15 PM, Youth Choir Room
Wednesday afternoons during the school year we gather to “MAKE A JOYFUL NOISE” to the Lord and share our gifts in fellowship, joy, and song. This choir is for kids grades 2-5. We meet in the Youth Choir room at 3:30 to have snacks for 15 minutes and then rehearse as a choir for 45 minutes. After rehearsal we break into rotations. This year the rotations will include experiences in drama, dance, crafts, music theory and instruments (hand bells, and drums, and recorders, oh my!). The Children's Choir also leads in worship once a month and on special holidays. Pick-up time is 5:15 in the Lower Fireside room.
Wednesdays during the school year, 3:45 - 4:45 PM, Lower Fireside
Come sing with us! This choir is for kids in Kindergarten and 1st grade. We meet on Wednesdays during the school at 3:45 PM for gathering activities in the Lower Fireside room, and at 4:00 begin 45 minutes of musical activities, rhythm games, dancing, and singing! We will learn about God’s love and grace through song and prayer and develop a love for music that helps prepare the kids for future choir experiences. This choir does not participate in worship services throughout the year; however, the children have opportunities to sing as a choir in our Family Services on Christmas Eve and Easter. Pick-up time is 4:45 PM.
Wednesdays during the school year, 3:45 - 4:45 PM, Dormer East and West
This is a fun music exploration experience for Preschool, Pre-K, and TK. It meets on Wednesday afternoons during the school in Dormer East and West. Every activity and song is an opportunity for children to grow with God through music and movement, developing their mind, body and spirit. We also pray together and learn about God’s love. The Mini-Melodies choir does not participate in worship services throughout the year; however, the children have opportunities to sing as a choir in our Family Services on Christmas Eve and Easter. Pick-up time is 4:45 PM.
Sunday afternoons 12:30 – 1:15 PM, Youth Choir Room
The Treblemakers are an auditioned group within the Children's Choir that leads in worship once a month. They also dedicate extra time to rehearsals each week. Auditions are held within a Children’s Choir rehearsal in the first few weeks of the fall semester, and children are invited to be a part of the group shortly after.
